After a three-year experience in staff of the general management of the 3V Group, I took on the role of R&D Director with the goal of promoting and coordinating a large-scale renewal of the production processes, aimed at increasing product margins and process sustainability, as a source of self-financing for medium to long-term development projects. I later consolidated this strategy as Chairman and CEO of 3V Sigma first, and subsequently as CEO of 3V Chemical Company, with the goal of creating value for the company in a self-sustaining growth perspective.
From 2017 to 2023, I served as CEO of the Farmol Group, a leader in contract manufacturing of aerosol and liquid products for the home care, personal care, and pharma sectors, leading the Group through a growth phase aimed at increasing and consolidating its partnerships with multinational companies in the sectors involved. In 2021 I successfully managed the change of control of the Company between two private equity funds.
From 2019 to 2023 I served as President of the Italian Aerosol Association, which, within Federchimica, represents all Italian companies involved in the aerosol product manufacturing chain.
In 2023 I joined the SIAD Group as General Manager of Tecno Project Industriale, a company that deals with the design, construction, and installation of CO2 capture and recovery plants as well as biogas upgrading plants – with the mission of strengthening and consolidating the company structure and customer relations during a period of rapid business growth.
Since 2010, I have been Adjunct Professor at the School of Industrial Process Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, being my research and didactic activity focused on the discontinuous processes of the fine chemicals, specialty chemicals, and pharmaceuticals industry.
